Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customer IT decision makers and act as the Voice of the Customer.
- Share customer and partner insights with Microsoft product and engineering teams.
- Own committed pipeline and ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Develop customer-success opportunities by explaining Azure infrastructure services and their value for operating AI solutions at scale.
- Lead Architectural Design Sessions and govern solution designs against customer goals and technical environments.
- Use Azure Landing Zones and Cloud Adoption Framework practices to enable migrations and prepare customers for AI innovation.
- Improve customer resiliency across networking, zonal or multi-region architecture, and security.
- Resolve technical issues blocking project go-live and lead technical conversations using Azure infrastructure expertise.
- Continuously develop technical skills, share expertise, and contribute to intellectual property and communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- At least 4 years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
Benefits

- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City range of USD $137,600-$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
