Base Salary
$220k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Data 360 subject matter expert for Salesforce and customers.
- Advise customers on unlocking data from enterprise systems and achieving business goals.
- Deliver complex technical solutions involving Data 360, scripting, data management, and integrations.
- Evaluate architectural options and present technical solutions, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and proactively shape customers’ technical landscapes.
- Manage multiple strategic client engagements while meeting customer satisfaction and utilization targets.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, account, delivery, and cross-functional teams to grow services and expand accounts.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, knowledge-sharing programs, and talent-development activities for Data 360.
- Maintain expertise in the evolving Data 360 product roadmap and broader data platform landscape.
Requirements
- Relevant Salesforce Data 360 or equivalent customer data platform experience, such as Adobe AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, ActionIQ, or Treasure Data.
- Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; related certifications are a plus.
- Preferred data warehouse experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, or marketing databases.
- Experience with data management, data transformation, and ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools or infrastructure.
- Data architecture experience including data profiling, data quality analysis, master data management, and fuzzy matching is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts through sophisticated diagrams, documents, and presentations.
- Expertise in data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution.
- Experience with AI-related data integration concepts such as RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases is a plus.
- Ability to influence groups, facilitate implementation and architecture discussions, gather executive-level requirements, and present solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy concepts and regulations is a plus.
- BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent.
- Willingness to travel when needed, expected to be less than 50%.

- The typical base salary range is $220,000-$270,000 annually, with a $260,000-$290,000 annual range in California, New York, and select cities in specified metropolitan areas.
