Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent systems for complex financial-platform business problems.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, embedding strategies, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
- Implement planning, reasoning, memory, knowledge-graph, rule-based, and search capabilities for reliable multi-step agent workflows.
- Build resilient agent architectures with error recovery, self-correction, and feedback-driven improvement.
- Integrate large language models, predictive models, and reasoning frameworks into financial decision-making systems.
- Build APIs, tools, and microservices that connect AI capabilities with enterprise applications.
- Optimize systems for latency, throughput, cost, response streaming, caching, and token usage.
- Apply current AI research to business challenges and collaborate with and mentor engineers on AI best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional software development and system-design experience delivering large-scale production systems.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building production-quality agentic AI solutions with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent tools.
- Experience developing multi-agent systems with Google ADK, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks.
- Applied knowledge of large language models in agentic architectures, including AI-service API integration.
- Advanced prompt and context engineering skills.
- Experience with vector databases in AI retrieval and memory architectures.
- Financial-services experience, especially in Funds Transfer Pricing, Hedging, Treasury technology, or related areas, is beneficial.
- Java proficiency as a secondary programming language is beneficial.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is beneficial.
