Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Tia and the broader AI platform.
- Design and develop services for intelligent workflows, automation, and user experiences.
- Define testing and evaluation approaches for AI feature quality, reliability, and performance.
- Improve AI solutions through experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision making.
- Optimize production AI services for scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Partner with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure customer-facing capabilities.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise and a record of delivering production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with production AI challenges including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and maintainability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
