Responsibilities
- Advise a diverse range of startups on architecture decisions across their company lifecycle.
- Engage directly with startup customers as a technical advocate for cloud product development.
- Create customer cloud-needs plans with other account-team members.
- Lead one-to-few and one-to-many technical sessions for startup customers.
- Collaborate with AWS marketing and training teams to create scalable technical content, including online videos and digital materials.
- Advocate for startup customer needs with AWS product teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- 8+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- English-language written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end users or developer communities.
