Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into technical specifications using Spec Driven Development.
- Build integrations for multi-agent architectures using the Model Context Protocol while ensuring security for critical business rules.
- Develop end-to-end solutions, including gateways, adapters, and partner management portals.
- Optimize costs and reduce the product's LLM token consumption through context engineering.
- Implement load and security testing strategies to ensure operational stability and transaction auditing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated full-stack development fluency with C#/.NET for APIs and ReactJS for frontend development.
- Practical software engineering experience, including requirements definition and quality assurance in microservices architectures.
- Ability to translate complex financial business rules into scalable technical designs for banks and fintechs.
- Practical experience integrating systems through webhooks and MCP, plus modeling distributed and scalable databases.
- Experience applying generative AI tools and techniques such as RAG and function calling to automate intelligent workflows.
- Strong decision-making and strategic facilitation skills, including the ability to take calculated risks when defining architecture.
