Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, account, professional services, and engineering teams as the technical lead for enterprise platform pursuits.
- Own the technical win from qualification through close by conducting discovery, designing architectures, delivering demonstrations, and driving proofs of concept and readiness assessments.
- Map client engineering, AI, cloud, and operations outcomes to Flowsource, Neuro AI Engineering, Neuro IT Operations, Skygrade, or combinations of these platforms.
- Respond to technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and bids and shape credible solution proposals.
- Articulate chargeback, managed-services, and outcome-based value models and quantify productivity, cost, and time-to-market benefits.
- Represent Cognizant platforms at industry events, cloud marketplaces, and partner motions.
- Capture client requirements and field feedback for Platform Engineering roadmaps and coordinate handoffs to implementation and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
- Mentor and develop FSE talent and help scale the technical go-to-market motion.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in software, AI, digital, and cloud engineering, including 5+ years in advisory-led technical conversations with senior client engineers, architects, and C-suite technology leaders.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience across AI-infused SDLC and ADLC, including modern engineering, DevSecOps, cloud modernization, AI assurance, SRE/AIOps, and agentic or generative AI solutions.
- Experience as a software or platform product engineer, advisory or solutions engineer, developer advocate, solution architect, or hands-on software engineer transitioning into a client-facing technical go-to-market role.
- Working knowledge of hyperscaler ecosystems including AWS, Microsoft, and Google, and AI-native providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and NVIDIA.
- Strong communication, storytelling, demonstration, collaboration, and multi-pursuit management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, studios, and industry events as required.
- Hyperscaler or relevant professional certifications in solutions architecture, DevOps, ML/AI, or security are preferred.
- Experience with PaaS/SaaS or platform-based engagements, managed-services or outcome-based commercial models, cloud marketplaces, co-sell motions, and product roadmap feedback is preferred.
