Responsibilities
- Implement global eInvoicing solutions through requirements capture, fit-gap analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover.
- Maintain the global eInvoicing template and design solutions for new country requirements in alignment with architecture and business processes.
- Configure, test, and deploy application fixes and version updates.
- Partner with developers, product managers, business partners, and technology delivery teams.
- Provide complex application support and maintain communication with users.
- Lead prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with the role typically reflecting 5 or more years.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong previous experience with finance applications, particularly invoice processing.
- Preferred experience with ERP finance modules, VIM, the tax domain, testing, test automation, and ALM/TOSCA.
- Business-level French is preferred.
