Base Salary
$130k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end Drupal architecture for enterprise and multisite platform implementations.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Translate business and technology requirements into scalable solutions, implementation roadmaps, and platform strategies.
- Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance focused on quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on project delivery, platform modernization, release planning, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years leading Drupal architecture and enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong expertise with Drupal 9, 10, and 11 architecture, development, custom modules, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Acquia Site Factory and enterprise-scale Drupal ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of multisite architecture, deployment strategies, platform governance, and cloud-hosted Drupal environments.
- Experience leading technical teams as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead while engaging directly with client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, release management, and modern software delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, technical consulting, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Acquia Cloud and Acquia Site Studio experience, headless Drupal experience, React or Next.js knowledge, Drupal or Acquia certifications, and experience with large-scale website factory, API-driven integration, and modernization initiatives.
