Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for software and web application development using Java, SQL, object-oriented design, Domain-Driven Design, and UML modeling.
- Design enterprise integration, microservices, event-driven, persistence, security, caching, messaging, streaming, containerization, orchestration, and observability solutions.
- Design and perform CI/CD processes using Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Develop tactical and strategic solution architectures that meet enterprise business and technology needs.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and other functional teams to design efficient solutions and implement process improvements.
- Ensure solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable, compliant with best practices, and delivered on schedule.
- Track and document requirements, monitor technology trends, and integrate emerging technologies into existing and new architectures.
- Present solutions to senior architects and mentor team members and junior-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Five years of experience designing persistence and repository abstractions using JPA and Hibernate and performing CI/CD with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- At least three years of experience developing Java and SQL software and web applications using design patterns, object-oriented principles, Domain-Driven Design, and UML modeling.
- Experience designing security patterns using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect through Spring Security.
- Experience designing caching strategies using Redis.
