Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and conduct program and system research to identify solution components.
  • Develop, maintain, debug, and test applications in accordance with technology architecture and coding standards.
  • Support small enhancements, break/fix implementations, testing cycles, and post-production deployments.
  • Perform application and environment systems administration, including monitoring, configuration, backup, authentication, and tuning.
  • Monitor application health and service-level targets and provide technical expertise during incident investigation and resolution.
  • Contribute to project planning, scope and risk assessment, estimates, timelines, status updates, and issue escalation.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Developers, Solution Designers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify development and testing tools, process improvements, and opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, knowledge transfer, and ongoing technology and business learning.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of technical environments, processes, procedures, and operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of business practices, technology standards, and related technology areas.
  • Ability to code, test, and debug unit-level programs.
  • Ability to manage assigned workload, meet timelines, communicate issues, and work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, application support, testing, incident management, or systems administration is relevant to the role.
