Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SOMT and ITOM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Build and enhance ServiceNow capabilities using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- Develop reusable components, custom applications, and technical frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
- Implement and optimize CMDB and CSDM models for enterprise service visibility and governance.
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities in large-scale environments.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Promote ServiceNow development standards, governance practices, and technical best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow SOMT and ITOM.
- Extensive experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Experience developing with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development standards, and governance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Current possession of all three mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITOM.
- Experience with telecommunications service management, complex enterprise ITOM implementations, platform automation, orchestration, scalable integrations, reusable technical frameworks, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management are preferred.
