Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the technical strategy for the serving ecosystem.
- Lead the development of real-time serving systems for model predictions.
- Collaborate with product engineers to develop new Host pricing functionality.
- Contribute to long-term workflow strategies and ML serving development.
- Establish architectural standards and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- 9+ years of engineering experience with a BS/MS or PhD in CS or similar.
- Proven track record of leading teams and launching high-impact models.
- Expertise in backend systems within large-scale service-oriented architectures.
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners and engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and production debugging abilities.
