Base Salary
$139k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analysis, software design, configuration, development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, health monitoring, and implementation.
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions to moderately complex and loosely scoped problems.
- Deliver engineering efforts independently and by leading other team members.
- Lead investigations and resolutions for critical, high-impact problems, defects, and incidents.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership while fostering team collaboration.
- Consult with users, determine functional specifications, manage resources, and act as a subject matter expert across applications and technologies.
- Advocate for technology improvements and contribute to planning and execution of complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Five years of programming or development experience is listed for the ideal candidate.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience is required.
- Six additional years of software engineering experience are required.
- Experience leading and managing software engineering teams is preferred.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, API development, infrastructure as code, frameworks and libraries, scripting languages, eventing systems, relational and document databases, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, observability platforms, and Agile/Scrum tools is preferred.
- Strong delivery, domain expertise, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities are expected.
