Base Salary

$139k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

Perform complex analysis, software design, configuration, development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, health monitoring, and implementation.
Lead the design and implementation of solutions to moderately complex and loosely scoped problems.
Deliver engineering efforts independently and by leading other team members.
Lead investigations and resolutions for critical, high-impact problems, defects, and incidents.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership while fostering team collaboration.
Consult with users, determine functional specifications, manage resources, and act as a subject matter expert across applications and technologies.
Advocate for technology improvements and contribute to planning and execution of complex initiatives.

Five years of programming or development experience is listed for the ideal candidate.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience is required.
Six additional years of software engineering experience are required.
Experience leading and managing software engineering teams is preferred.
Experience with AWS or Azure, API development, infrastructure as code, frameworks and libraries, scripting languages, eventing systems, relational and document databases, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, observability platforms, and Agile/Scrum tools is preferred.
Strong delivery, domain expertise, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities are expected.
