Base Salary

$155k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Own Snorkel's external technical voice by writing methodology posts and technical content.
Lead Snorkel's open-source presence by defining GTM approaches and managing code contributions.
Advance the conversation on AI evaluation and benchmarking through original publications.
Drive conference and research community presence by securing talks and workshops.
Partner with the research team to translate findings into shareable methodologies.
Set the bar for technical credibility by designing evals and benchmarks.

6+ years in applied ML research, AI engineering, or a research-intensive technical role.
Deep technical fluency in modern AI, including post-training techniques and evaluation methodologies.
Hands-on experience with AI evaluation and benchmarks, including public benchmarks.
Experience building with AI, not just discussing it, including creating agentic systems.
A public body of work such as talks, papers, or OSS contributions.
Comfortable engaging with both researchers and enterprise ML teams.
Self-directed and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
