Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, and rollout of user-facing features.
- Collaborate with design, product, and client-facing teams to address user needs.
- Architect and evolve scalable systems across front end, back end, and infrastructure.
- Maintain high code quality through clear implementations and active participation in reviews.
- Integrate modern tools and share insights to improve team processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience across the stack.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing products.
- Strong product intuition to translate user problems into technical solutions.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
- Bias toward action with sound judgment and attention to detail.
