Base Salary

$128k - $192k/yr

Responsibilities

Build, release, and iterate on new products and features that meet user requirements.
Own and refine a technology-product vertical and set direction aligned with Engineering leadership.
Scope multifaceted product features, manage timelines, and determine technical approaches autonomously.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Data Science teams.
Build a quality assurance practice involving manual and automated testing.
Support the design and development of AI-powered agents and agentic workflows for life sciences use cases.
Troubleshoot and debug enterprise codebases and contribute to launching and scaling impactful software applications.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
Full stack development experience with TypeScript/Node.js APIs, Python, React, TSX, CSS, SQL, and ORMs, ideally PostgreSQL.
Experience with Agile development in fast-paced team environments.
Proficiency with Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor for agentic programming.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, database architecture, and software engineering best-practice skills.
Demonstrated success developing, launching, and scaling impactful software applications.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and shape ambiguity.
Ability to work collaboratively, build credibility with cross-functional teams, and support overall team success.
