Responsibilities
- Understand enterprise customer goals, challenges, and technical pain points and architect solutions using Razorpay products and custom capabilities.
- Create executive presentations, solution documents, business proposals, demonstrations, and RFP responses for major enterprise deals.
- Lead technical discussions and enable the enterprise sales pipeline by communicating Razorpay’s value and business impact.
- Develop strategic viewpoints and vertical-specific solutions using payments and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams from solution design through successful deployment.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base, author documentation, and mentor peers as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in payments or fintech in a product, solutions, or sales-related role.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, technical definitions, and integrating solutions across platforms and partner ecosystems.
- Experience advising on large enterprise deployments and complex applications, including identifying additional business opportunities.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver full-lifecycle projects and solve complex problems.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including the ability to create technical and business-focused presentations and documents.
- An engineering background with an MBA is preferred.
