Base Salary

$170k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Join high-priority deals early as the technical partner to the Account Executive and lead technical discovery and solutioning.
Translate customer architecture, constraints, and goals into integration plans, sequencing, risk assessments, and tradeoff recommendations.
Improve technical sales velocity by creating clear alignment and next steps from discovery through solutioning and terms.
Support post-sale solutioning, customer roadmap conversations, new use cases, and expansion opportunities.
Build discovery playbooks and reference architectures for a repeatable pre-sales and post-sales solutions motion.
Create and maintain a lightweight knowledge base and product catalog.
Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Technical Implementation Engineers, and Product to improve enablement and inform roadmap decisions.

5+ years of experience in technical solutioning in a pre-sales environment.
Strong technical foundation, ideally in computer science; STEM, engineering, mathematics, or physics backgrounds are acceptable with clear technical depth.
Prior experience selling, implementing, supporting, or solutioning APIs.
Strong critical-thinking and consultative problem-solving skills.
Comfort operating across both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
Ability to ramp quickly, contribute actively on calls, and create durable technical assets.
Comfort working in a startup environment with ambiguous processes and evolving organizational structures.
Experience at API-first fintech or infrastructure companies or technical SaaS companies is preferred.
Experience selling or solutioning for lenders, fintechs, or complex enterprise buyers is preferred.
Experience building technical champions and partnering with customer engineering and product teams is preferred.
Experience creating technical enablement content and reusable solution frameworks is preferred.
