Base Salary
$126k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales executives on solution selling for prospect accounts.
- Create and deliver presentations and software demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Answer technical product questions from prospects and clients.
- Lead and manage prospect pilots and support implementations.
- Gather customer specifications and match business needs to proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, and R&D teams to address customer needs and inform product enhancements.
- Manage technical RFP and RFI responses and collect competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
- Solid technical background with understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-class commercial vehicle fleets or enterprise customers, including Class 8 fleets.
- Familiarity with HOS and ELD rule sets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives, written and verbal communication, presentation, creativity, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong experience with ROI calculators and other value-creation tools.
- Solid project management and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel 50% or more.

- Exempt full-time role with an estimated base salary of $126,000 to $160,000; may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.

- Role requires minimal to light physical effort and occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds.
