Responsibilities
- Educate customers and partners on Forescout security capabilities and the evolving threat landscape.
- Build consultative relationships and align Forescout solutions with customer business and technical objectives.
- Identify customer security challenges and engage technical and management stakeholders.
- Present Forescout’s value proposition, product roadmap, and strategy to technical and executive audiences.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations with the sales team.
- Support technical escalations by coordinating across sales, support, and engineering teams.
- Support pre-sales activities from opportunity identification and qualification through closure.
- Enable and collaborate with channel partners in a channel-centric sales model.
- Manage proof-of-concept activities, including test plans, configuration changes, issue resolution, and environment development.
- Maintain FSCA and FSCE certifications and stay current with the Forescout 4D Platform and related technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 5+ years in pre-sales or technical consulting.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity solutions and hands-on testing and customer engagement.
- Strong technical, presentation, written communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience translating requirements into best-practice solutions that improve user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to work across distributed global teams, adapt to change, multitask, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
