Responsibilities

  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end software delivery workflows.
  • Deploy, maintain, tune, monitor, and optimize server applications across test and production environments.
  • Design and implement automated application deployment and management solutions on Kubernetes clusters using Ansible playbooks.
  • Define and improve DevOps and DevSecOps processes, including infrastructure-as-code security practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, set priorities and assignments for the DevOps team, and drive technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with development and internal and external teams to resolve DevOps requirements, performance issues, maintenance issues, and support requests.
  • Create and maintain DevSecOps development plans and schedules and provide training on DevSecOps tools and processes.
  • Monitor productivity, user experience, application performance, and reliability across multiple business units.
  • Manage source control, release management, testing, software validation, emulators, compilers, and related software development processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD processes and practices, including build, test, and deployment activities.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps applications, server administration, software engineering processes, and tools deployment.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, Linux, JavaScript, and Perl for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with Git, Gerrit, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, Kafka, Ansible, and Docker.
  • Experience with SAST and open-source security tools, including CodeSonar and Synopsys Detect.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, MS Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of software development tools, SCM, release management, unit testing, integration testing, software validation, emulators, and compilers.
  • Understanding of embedded and PC operating systems, IT operations, distributed version control, and DevSecOps processes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure is preferred.
  • Experience configuring Apache and/or Nginx is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, independent decision-making, and technical leadership skills are preferred.
