Base Salary

$120k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Own features end to end, from customer interviews and discovery through production delivery.
Build React user interfaces for blueprint and hardware data.
Develop backend and infrastructure systems in Python.
Architect and build 0-to-1 product capabilities from concept to launch.
Translate customer and domain knowledge into product decisions and shape product direction.
Support the operational and logistical work required at an early-stage startup.

Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack features using React and Python across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Track record of owning features end to end, including direct customer engagement and discovery.
Strong product judgment, user-focused design sensibility, and comfort building products from 0 to 1.
Excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and motivation to make housing more affordable.
US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Bonus: experience building a product adopted or paid for by real users, including founder or early-startup experience.
Bonus: construction or blueprint knowledge or clear interest in the industry.
Bonus: experience applying AI or computer vision to estimation or takeoff workflows.

Salary range is $120,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
Equity is available as part of a founding-team package.
Full-time, on-site work in San Francisco, California; candidates elsewhere must be willing to relocate.
