Responsibilities
- Build the full platform end to end and make architectural and product decisions.
- Talk directly to users, define desired outcomes, and ship products to production.
- Iterate on agentic AI systems, tooling, and core infrastructure.
- Diagnose and fix production issues and improve systems to prevent recurring failures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping a real product to real users and explaining how issues were resolved.
- Product-engineering mindset focused on defining outcomes rather than only implementing specifications.
- Uses AI tooling to write and ship code rapidly.
- Intensity and drive, ideally including experience founding a company or joining an early-stage startup.
- Firm commitment to relocate to San Francisco by January 2027.
