Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using Google ADK and LangChain.
- Build production-grade agents, backend APIs, workflows, and task-based processing.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy software for low- to moderately complex projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and availability.
- Review technical assignments, research alternatives, and recommend solutions for low- to medium-risk deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and architecture teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical information to colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
- Follow applicable security, compliance, risk, governance, and escalation requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and LangChain.
- Strong Python-based backend engineering experience.
- Strong experience in agentic environments.
- Strong experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database.
- Strong experience with MCP.
- Experience with Kafka or queues and workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud-native concepts.
- Ability to estimate work and participate in Agile planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Banking-domain experience, including KYC or onboarding, is desirable.
