Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and platform functionality to meet business requirements.
Develop and document maintainable JavaScript using server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, Workflow Data Fabric, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware architectures, ETL, e-bonding, and event-driven patterns.
Develop and maintain scoped applications while managing application scope isolation, cross-scope access, custom tables, licensing implications, and CSDM alignment.
Administer multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, workflows, data management, integrations, maintenance, and upgrades.
Gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
Conduct testing for enhancements, updates, and patches and support reliable production configurations.
Address security considerations, ACLs, security properties, data classification, platform hardening, and Health Scan remediation.
Create technical documentation, integration runbooks, knowledge articles, configurations, and workflow documentation.
Provide training and guidance to end users and administrators and support continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Use Now Assist capabilities, including Build Agent, virtual agent design, predictive intelligence, case summarization, resolution recommendations, and knowledge article generation.

Minimum five years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer configuring and customizing the platform, particularly for ITSM, ITOM, and HAM.
Bachelor's degree required.
ServiceNow platform proficiency covering user management, access control, form design, workflow automation, scripting, business rules, UI policies, integrations, and reporting.
Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP API development, and scoped application development.
Understanding of CSDM and the platform licensing implications of custom table creation.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI-assisted development tools, virtual agent design, and predictive intelligence configuration.
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes, especially Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
ServiceNow CAD, CSA, or CIS certification is expected or valued; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, self-direction, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Expected base salary is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
