Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable platform services and APIs.
- Translate customer-specific requirements into generalized product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to validate technical approaches.
- Set high standards for code quality, architecture, and secure engineering practices.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development velocity and quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guide architecture decisions across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS applications.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring, TypeScript, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to build reliable, secure, and maintainable production systems.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams.
