Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end features from user experience through backend code.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage and coordinate team performance.
- Make team decisions and mentor junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and Apache Kafka.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Angular.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
