Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and drive customer success.
- Articulate the benefits of Netskope's architecture to senior security management.
- Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept exercises.
- Resolve customer satisfaction issues and escalate as needed.
- Understand customer needs and position the product as the best solution.
- Present the Netskope cloud security solution to prospective customers.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations.
- Gather customer technical requirements.
- Work trade shows as necessary.
- Provide insights on competitive solutions.
- Create evaluation test plans and manage the evaluation process.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
- Present at conferences and seminars.
- Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer.
- Proven track record in presenting technical information to executives.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with systems installation and administration across various platforms.
- Proficient in mobile device technologies and operating systems.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with information security solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and cloud identity providers.
- Experience with public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape.
