Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets and support the overall win strategy.
- Explain Netskope’s cloud security architecture and business benefits to technical and executive audiences.
- Create and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept/Value exercises.
- Gather customer technical requirements and establish Netskope as the best solution for those requirements.
- Create evaluation test plans with customers and partners and manage evaluations through successful completion.
- Lead customer proof-of-concepts and support customer success within the region.
- Act as a customer advocate by resolving satisfaction issues and escalating matters to Support or other cross-functional teams.
- Provide product feedback and feature requests to Product Management.
- Analyze competitive solutions and communicate meaningful differentiation.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and present at conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
- Travel within the assigned territory and support other company engagements as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer or Systems Engineer.
- Proven ability to present technical information to business executives, senior security leaders, CISOs, CIOs, and architects.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, public speaking, customer empathy, and revenue-oriented skills.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM, MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSMs, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments, and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Working knowledge of the threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology behaviors simply.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred experience with Python, REST APIs, and other cloud security solutions.
- Preferred security experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Check Point, Cisco, and Juniper.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, or GCIH are advantageous.
- Agile Scrum, project management, or advanced network technology certifications such as CSPO, CSM, CSP, PMP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or CCSP are desirable.
