Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop low-latency, highly available, and scalable solutions.
- Create concurrent distributed components for high-volume transaction environments.
- Support and enhance the existing codebase.
- Contribute to solution proposals and identify areas for technical improvement.
- Implement solutions using innovative tooling and deploy them to distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Create work effort estimates and communicate technical matters to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Commercial experience with web clients or server-side development.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Apache Flink, SQL, Golang, React, or TypeScript, with similar or alternative technologies also considered.
- Experience working in an environment with high volumes of change and transactions.
- Experience using AI technologies to enhance developer productivity.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to stakeholders across business areas.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, automation, and developer tooling such as continuous build and CI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
