Responsibilities
- Architect and develop customized solutions on the Blip Platform and complementary integrations.
- Communicate consultatively with clients to understand business needs and provide technical insights and impact analysis.
- Present implemented solutions to client stakeholders, explaining architecture, technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivered value.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on technical decisions.
- Manage technical scope with clients by identifying out-of-scope requirements, proposing alternatives, and documenting decisions.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and fix production bugs when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- At least 2 years of practical experience with REST APIs, including design, implementation, and testing.
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, software development best practices, Git, and Gitflow.
- Experience with code reviews, agile methodologies, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or a similar tool.
- Knowledge of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and present end-to-end implemented solutions.
- Ability to manage client expectations and scope and translate business context into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with the Blip Platform or other low-code chatbot solutions; Python, Java, React, Node.js, databases, caching, monitoring, and observability tools.
- English or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
