Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical deployments for GPU neocloud and AI Factory customers from bare-metal configuration through validated vCluster environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot GPU node infrastructure, including CNI, GPU Operators, distributed storage, and RDMA/InfiniBand.
- Deploy and validate Kubernetes and vCluster for GPU-powered managed Kubernetes services.
- Help customer teams become self-sufficient in operating and scaling their platforms.
- Create reusable deployment playbooks and architectures.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to communicate recurring infrastructure challenges and roadmap feedback.
- Support Sales in technically demanding pre-sales proof-of-value engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production, ideally on bare metal or in complex environments.
- Practical knowledge of NVIDIA GPU Operators, CUDA tooling, and systems-level GPU node configuration.
- Deep understanding of CNI plugins, overlay networks, load balancing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with persistent volumes, CSI drivers, and distributed storage systems such as Ceph, Rook, Weka, or Longhorn.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and creating operational playbooks.
- Experience writing automation scripts with Bash, Python, or Go is a bonus.
- CKA certification or experience writing Kubernetes Operators is a bonus.
- Experience with inference serving, GPU scheduling, and LLM deployment tooling is a bonus.
- Experience building AI automation in documentation and contributing to shared knowledge bases is a bonus.
