Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while mentoring team members.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery timelines.
- Promote software development best practices and maintain documentation standards.
- Analyze requirements, debug and troubleshoot custom SAP software, and provide technical solutions independently.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns in SAP environments.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques within SAP HANA platforms.
- Skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in custom software.
