Responsibilities
- Develop middleware integrations and business processes using BPEL, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
- Build SOA integrations with Oracle ERP using file, database, FTP, and JMS adapters.
- Design solutions using message routing, content enrichment, message filtering, message transformation, sequencing, correlation, and queuing patterns.
- Perform WebLogic administration activities and support SOA and middleware environments.
- Develop and govern SOAP and REST web services and manage XSDs, WSDLs, process definitions, and XSLT assets.
- Design, architect, develop, and unit test web-based applications and middleware.
- Support production issues, collaborate with global teams, participate in technical discussions, and deliver complex implementations on schedule.
- Follow quality and SDLC processes and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on development expertise in BPEL and OSB.
- Experience with SOA integration with Oracle ERP and Oracle SOA 11g and 12c environments.
- Deep understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns, including message sequencing, correlation, and queuing.
- Knowledge of SOA design patterns for middleware systems.
- Experience with WebLogic administration, BPEL, BPMN, and rules concepts.
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, and JSON payloads.
- Experience using File, Database, FTP, and JMS adapters with Oracle Service Bus and Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
- Experience with SOA governance and best practices for web-service development and business-asset management.
- Experience with architecture, development, and unit testing of web applications and middleware.
- Oracle PL/SQL and ODI knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to estimate complex implementation efforts, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, collaborate with global teams, and take ownership of assigned work.
