Base Salary
$132k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define scalable end-to-end Industry 4.0 and Industrial AI solution architectures.
- Integrate frontline workers, industrial assets, enterprise systems, AI platforms, and factory-floor workflows.
- Architect integrations with MES, ERP, PLM, WMS, CMMS, SCADA, PLC, and other manufacturing systems.
- Design connected-worker solutions across mobile devices, rugged tablets, wearables, HMIs, industrial control panels, and factory workflows.
- Define deployment strategies for Small Language Models and AI workloads across cloud, edge gateways, industrial PCs, and embedded environments.
- Provide architecture governance, technical guidance, and solution leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, product teams, engineering organizations, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet industrial safety, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
- Influence product direction and platform roadmaps through customer engagements, pilots, and production deployments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, Industrial AI, IIoT, digital twins, or smart manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 architectures, connected factories, OT/IT convergence, digital threads, predictive maintenance, industrial analytics, and factory automation ecosystems.
- Experience designing solutions that connect frontline workers, processes, industrial assets, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with digital twin platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse, NVIDIA Industrial Digital Twins, Azure Digital Twins, or Siemens Digital Twin ecosystems.
- Experience deploying and integrating Small Language Models in edge and industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of OPC UA, MQTT, PLC, SCADA, industrial telemetry, and operational technology integration.
- Experience integrating MES, ERP, PLM, WMS, CMMS, and enterprise manufacturing systems.
- Customer-facing technical leadership experience and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Knowledge Graphs, and Multimodal AI systems.
- Preferred experience with Connected Worker platforms, Digital Manufacturing initiatives, IEC 62443, OT security frameworks, and industrial ecosystems from Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, ABB, Honeywell, or PTC.
- Preferred experience with predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, factory optimization, and manufacturing analytics solutions.
