Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the technical team for customer deployment implementations.
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products.
- Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and customer support processes.
- Onboard customer applications into GameWarden for security scanning and deployment.
- Configure and perform customer deployments in cloud environments.
- Prepare and install on-premises hardware with secure OS and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret/SCI eligible security clearance.
- Strong client-facing operational experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Linux installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Mid to senior-level experience in technical roles with proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
