Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical aspects of direct customer deployment implementations.
- Serve as a trusted technical subject-matter expert for Second Front products with internal and external Federal stakeholders.
- Identify onboarding and customer support improvements and provide demand signals to product teams for roadmap alignment.
- Onboard customer applications into GameWarden for security scanning, deployment configuration, and accreditation product development.
- Configure and perform customer deployments in cloud environments.
- Prepare and install on-premises devices with secure operating systems and Kubernetes.
- Lead the technical execution of direct customer platform integrations while collaborating with program managers, product, platform engineering, customer success, program management, and sales.
Requirements
- Mid- to senior-level experience in technical roles such as software engineering, sales engineering, or technical product management.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and with Linux installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies.
- Strong client-facing operational experience, preferably with Defense Industrial Base partnerships or customer success.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret/SCI-eligible security clearance; active or interim TS/SCI-eligible clearance is strongly preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to support occasional travel of up to 25% and reside in an approved hiring hub.
- Prior federal or government-facing solutions architect experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS customers is preferred.
- Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications such as Security+ are preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Talos Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, and relational databases is preferred.
