Responsibilities
- Develop reusable solution patterns, global reference architectures, and practice-wide white papers.
- Modernize Netezza, Teradata, and Exadata legacy stacks into Snowflake AI workloads.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders by connecting business strategy with AI execution.
- Architect enterprise-grade LLM guardrails addressing prompt safety, hallucinations, and performance.
- Lead complex migrations from on-premises legacy systems into AI-ready cloud environments.
- Manage strategic technical risks affecting regional or global design success.
Requirements
- Typically 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8 years with a master’s degree.
- Expert reputation in the AI/ML community and Snowflake ecosystem.
- Ability to influence regional practice strategy and create regional frameworks.
- Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex AI/ML concepts and ROI to technical and business audiences.
- Ability to determine technical approaches for high-impact strategic assignments.
