Responsibilities
- Lead testing and quality ownership across the Kontent.ai and Uniform composable web platform.
- Drive QA strategy, test design, estimation, sprint participation, and release execution within a distributed Scrum team.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to translate requirements into robust, testable solutions.
- Expand test automation and embed quality engineering practices earlier in the development lifecycle.
- Support legacy platforms and migration to a modern headless and composable architecture.
- Validate website performance, scalability, accessibility, cross-browser behavior, and cross-device experiences, including Core Web Vitals.
- Own feature quality from concept through release, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive timely resolutions.
- Mentor team members, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience testing complex, client-facing websites.
- Experience with modern web architectures, CMS-driven environments, and dynamic content experiences at scale.
- Ability to lead manual testing while contributing to test strategy, test design, and automation improvements.
- Strong ownership, independence, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Experience onboarding team members, sharing QA best practices, and mentoring colleagues.
- Understanding of component-based architectures, APIs, browser behavior, performance optimization, and cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Working knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, and certificate management.
- Exposure to Kontent.ai, Uniform, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of test automation frameworks and opportunities to scale automation.
- Experience using or strong interest in AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT for testing productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
