Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud architecture for complex enterprise initiatives.
- Translate business and technical requirements into Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Establish architectural standards for performance, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and release management.
- Design and govern Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and API management platforms.
- Develop Salesforce security architecture using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OAuth, and connected apps.
- Assess and mitigate risks involving governor limits, data volumes, transaction limits, integration scalability, and platform performance.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads and promote engineering and architecture best practices.
- Design robust Salesforce data architectures, object relationships, multi-org strategies, environment management, and deployment architectures.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including substantial experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
- Advanced Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, including Field Service, Case Management, Self Service, and Digital Engagement.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Territory Planning, and enterprise-scale solution design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven approaches.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and source-driven development workflows.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and processes, including Copado or Gearset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and OAuth.
- Experience with Salesforce data architecture, data quality strategies, multi-org strategy, environment management, and deployment architecture.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with API management platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Apigee is preferred.
- Experience with AWS and cloud architecture, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, and EKS, is preferred.
- Background in financial services or wealth management and Salesforce architecture certifications are preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is listed as a desired qualification.
