Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.
Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and identify customer requirements.
Translate functional user stories into technical details and solution designs.
Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
Develop solutions hands-on using sound programming principles and AWS best practices.
Lead development teams by distributing tasks and conducting code reviews.
Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
Take the lead technical role on enterprise projects with minimal direction.

Hands-on programming experience with languages or platforms such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
Experience building integrations across multiple systems and APIs.
Knowledge of JSON and related services.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
Experience implementing CI/CD or infrastructure as code.
Preferred experience with workforce management, CRM, contact center solutions, WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex, and contact center routing.
Preferred familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate or Professional, AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications are preferred.

Remote and in-person work options are available, including work from the Massachusetts headquarters or regional hubs.
