Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, install, and maintain software solutions based on user and business needs.
  • Analyze requirements, systems flow, data usage, operational feasibility, and service issues.
  • Build and launch complex web systems and applications using established engineering practices.
  • Take ownership of services and applications at scale and improve operations through systems analysis.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Collaborate on new products and participate in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring engineering team members.
  • Work across multiple project facets, resolve complex problems, and remain effective during crises.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a software engineer and in professional web development.
  • Experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL, Azure, and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of ReactJS or JavaScript, including ECMAScript 6 or later.
  • Hands-on understanding of SOLID and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and delivering complex web systems to customers.
  • Ability to take projects from requirements scoping through launch.
  • Preferred: experience with mission-critical, 24x7 systems and software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
