Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with application teams to provide hands-on technical leadership for modernization efforts.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices and manage change.
- Build trust with diverse teams and identify technical bottlenecks to recommend solutions.
- Contribute to software development by setting up architectural scaffolding and CI/CD pipelines.
- Relay feedback on challenges and tool deficiencies to improve the factory's capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering focused on enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience across the full application stack and proficiency in modern programming languages.
- Deep practical experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code, specifically Terraform.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and drive organizational change.
- Hands-on mastery of CI/CD pipelines and integration of DevSecOps practices.
- Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns and Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
