Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with development teams on production deployments and application feature design reviews.
- Manage Terraform Enterprise pipelines and coordinate maintenance with the TFE team.
- Provision and configure servers, networks, and databases in Azure, including Azure AKS infrastructure.
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and implement infrastructure improvements.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using Terraform and Prometheus.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, and TFE teams to prioritize infrastructure needs.
- Maintain compliance with security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure, deployment, and DevOps process documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on programming experience with languages such as Java, TypeScript, Python, Shell scripting, or batch processing.
- Experience developing distributed cloud applications using OpenShift, Azure, and Docker.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including Deployments, Services, HPA, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and complex Kubernetes environments.
- Proficiency with DevOps pipelines and tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Maven.
- Experience with automated unit, functional, and performance testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of web application architectures and frameworks including Angular or AngularJS and their integration with backend services.
- Preferred experience with object-oriented design, design patterns, refactoring, clean code, Kafka, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, caching, BDD, TDD, algorithm optimization, AI tools, RDBMS, and modern scale-out repositories.
