Responsibilities

Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, OmniScript, and Business Rules Engine.
Collaborate with Solution Architects on detailed solution designs, data models, technical strategies, and client business requirements.
Develop custom quoting and pricing solutions supporting Revenue Cloud, billing, and quote-to-cash processes.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, source-control reviews, pull requests, and deployment activities across environments.
Run sandbox data deployments, production releases, and rollback or restoration procedures.
Create and maintain technical collateral and configuration or technical design documents for project handoff.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and support scalable, secure, and reusable client solutions.

At least 4 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years specializing in Agentforce Revenue Management, Revenue Cloud, RCA, CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects.
Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, proration, billing, invoicing, payment processing, and accounting operations.
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management, and e-signature solutions.
Foundational experience integrating Salesforce with platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, and Dynamics 365.
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, objects, flows, Lightning Components, customizations, reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
Experience with Apex, OmniScript, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, web services, and Salesforce coding best practices.
Knowledge of MuleSoft, Workato, REST/SOAP APIs, Scribe, and JSON integrations.
Experience executing deployments and using DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect are preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, documentation, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to learn and implement new concepts.

Remote work or work from the Massachusetts headquarters and regional hubs.
Up to 25% travel may be required for certain roles.
