Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead AI discovery, solutioning, technical discovery, capability demonstrations, and the full pre-sales and post-sales customer lifecycle.
- Prototype AI solutions through customer hackathons and solve operational challenges in inventory, fulfillment, routing, and promotional alignment.
- Architect and execute Proof-of-Value projects involving secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with RAG, tools, guardrails, enterprise data, identity protocols, and privacy frameworks.
- Guide implementation, adoption, and value realization while ensuring agreed business-impact thresholds are met.
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for high-tech, retail, CPG, and e-commerce processes.
- Advise customers on warehouse management, RFID tracking, micro-fulfillment, omnichannel and DTC operations, order-to-cash, pricing, loyalty, sustainable supply chains, and eco-fulfillment.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading end-to-end technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in CPG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Experience defining AI roadmaps, developing ROI/TCO business cases, and guiding technical implementations to value realization.
- Deep expertise in inventory management, supply chain, trade promotion, category management, loss prevention, or related high-tech business processes.
- Proficiency with Python and common ML libraries including LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, and PyTorch.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, whiteboarding, formal-readout, and live-demo skills with executive and senior operational stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in computer science, business analytics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, and enterprise evaluations preferred.
- Experience with OSS packages such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, large-scale model deployment and monitoring, and enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Snowflake preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex, GenAI techniques, multimodal understanding, and multi-agent orchestration preferred.
