Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery of scalable services and payment APIs.
- Contribute hands-on code and participate in coding and design reviews.
- Set engineering standards and CI/CD best practices.
- Review team blockers and guide teams through releases and performance tuning.
- Partner with Product, SRE, and Architecture stakeholders to deliver roadmap features.
- Ensure reliability, observability, SLOs, security, and PCI compliance.
- Mentor engineers and update plans, document decisions, and track engineering KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience with the .NET technology stack, ASP.NET, and C#.NET.
- Experience with Azure Cloud.
- Knowledge of PinPad terminals and SDKs.
- 10+ years of experience, as indicated by the job title.
- Fintech or payments domain experience is a bonus.
