Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery activities and assess the existing technology landscape.
- Analyze application portfolios including ERP, CRM, and legacy platforms.
- Document end-to-end system interactions across servicing journeys.
- Map integrations, APIs, and data flows across the ecosystem.
- Conduct architecture reviews to assess scalability and security.
- Define the future-state target architecture for global aftersales capabilities.
- Facilitate architecture workshops with engineering and business teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in complex environments.
- Significant experience in aftersales, servicing, and repair operations.
- Strong experience in conducting architecture assessments and gap analyses.
- Ability to work within EST business hours and travel occasionally.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration patterns.
