Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand customers' pain points and create implementation plans.
- Develop best practices and educational content around error and performance management.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers on software engineering and monitoring best practices.
- Provide workshop-level interaction to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product roadmap with customer feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or Software Developer.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, and mobile development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
