Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and lifecycle management of scalable and resilient cloud-native applications.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of distributed systems, microservices, and platform components.
- Drive technical decisions, engineering best practices, mentoring, and collaboration across teams.
- Promote test automation, continuous testing, code quality, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and Kubernetes-based cloud-native platforms.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic automation frameworks to improve software delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native distributed software systems.
- Strong development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or Jenkins.
- Exposure to agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
- Preferred experience with SOAP APIs, Oracle, PostgreSQL, relational databases, Linux shell scripting, automation, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
