Responsibilities

- Mentor the data platform team, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Platform or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience leading initiatives across multiple teams and influencing tech roadmaps.
- Effective collaboration skills with diverse teams to drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to balance execution with in-depth research and scalable design.
- Experience in mentoring scientists, engineers, and peers.
- Technical leadership experience on significant projects involving ETL frameworks and data security.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining reliable multi-geographical data pipelines.
